The best way to get to know us it to see our work. So please take a moment and learn how we have incorporated unconventional thinking and observation to clarify the client challenge and provide solutions. The solutions weren't necessarily what they expected at the start; however they were exactly what they needed in the end.

Our work is all about assisting companies to find the correct fit for technological solutions inside of their existing organizational processes. We look at how technology can be used to address business challenges, but more importantly, we look at how the technology will be adopted for success. Typically, the solution to the organizational system is seen as one of two approaches: 1) "Just add some new technology and it will work" or 2) "Lets upgrade what we already do".

Both of these approaches don't TRANSFORM business. They don't focus on enabling existing staff to do the best job they can. They are simply IT "bolt ons" that create new processes, and problems, without addressing the Humans that are so integral to the processes that run businesses.
